Tristan

Meet Tristan! He specializes in the pool preparation, membrane installation, and backfill/patio process. Although he can handle any aspect around your project.


He’s all about doing things right the first time and keeping the jobsite clean and organized. You can feel good when you see Tristtan taking care of a project!



Tristtan has been with the NOAT team since 2021!

Alec

Meet Alec:

Alec is a true perfectionist who brings a sharp eye and steady hands to every project. He handles all aspects of pool assembly prep and installation, making sure every detail is just right. Alec also specializes in all things hardscaping—whether it’s patios, walkways, or walls, he’s all about clean lines, strong foundations, and lasting results.



Alec has been with the NOAT Team since 2020!

Stephen

Meet Stephen: 

Stephen is our project manager and the backbone of every backyard transformation. He’s involved in every stage of the build—from CAD design and precise measurements to pool construction, hardscaping, and landscaping. Stephen brings big-picture vision and hands-on expertise to every project, making sure everything flows smoothly from start to finish. He also works directly with our customers to make sure their ideas are brought to life exactly how they imagined.



Stephen has been with the NOAT Team since 2020!

Austin

Austin is our go-to heavy machine operator and a key part of every backyard build. He’s a specialist in membrane installation and prep work, but his skills don’t stop there—he also oversees job sites and can step in to handle just about any part of the project. Whether he’s behind the controls of a machine or making sure everything’s running smoothly, Austin brings strength, precision, and reliability to the team.
